Selection Procedure

Our work process

We are proud of our recruitment process, which ensures you are provided with candidates that are most suitable for your specific requirements. Our trained HR consultant accurately match the skills and experience to the requirement by pre-screening and pre-selecting applicants before submitting their details for further process.

We collect CVs from interested applicants which is written in the Jay Ambe Overseas Services format, which allows for easy understanding of the candidate’s details.

To assess the overall competency and match of the candidate with the requirement, we have the first telephonic interview in order to make preliminary assessments.

All documents are then collected and reference checks are performed including employment history, criminal background and health checks.

If we are fully satisfied with the results and feel confident that the candidate is suitable for your specific requirements, we shortlist the candidate and forward the details to the employer for further process.

Subsequently, the shortlisted candidates are coordinated with to attend the interview / perform a practical test to assess their technical skills, wherever required. Selection is purely based on the criteria set by the client.

Once all assessments are done and selection is done, we send their applications with relevant academic and service certificates and assessment sheets to the Potential Client who then will take his final decision about the selection.

If the client would like to do Face to Face interview , Video Conference Interview , conduct trade tests of the candidates, we arrange for all requirements and arrangements.
