(The purpose of the Contract Engineer job is to manage the contractual aspects of the tenders and ongoing projects. This involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and providing guidance on contractual obligations and risks. The Contract Engineer is responsible for managing the contract administration process, monitoring contract performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. The overall objective of the job is to mitigate risks, minimize disputes, and ensure successful delivery of oil and gas projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.)
