Job Description

  • Be focused on the needs of the customer / client and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Develop, recommend and implement marketing strategies and plan to maximize sales.
  • Develop and maintain network of business associates and clients
  • Negotiate with potential clients and coordinate the company effort in supporting the negotiations to gain the competitive edge.
  • Develop market research methods and indicators, and source market intelligence to identify prospects.
  • Establish methods to determine profitability of winning each identified project to assist in the total forward planning of the group.
  • Participate in the preparation of group financial plans to ensure they are feasible in marketing terms, and projected sales value
  • Monitor actual sales against business plan, and take corrective action on major deviations where necessary.
  • Conduct regular follow ups on client with outstanding payment for the services provided
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager.

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, marketing or related field or in a discipline to the service being sold

3-5 years of experience in Material testing Laboratory environment (Fugro, SGS etc) within Qatar/ GCC.

Prior sales and customer service experience is valuable.
