Job Description
- Be focused on the needs of the customer / client and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Develop, recommend and implement marketing strategies and plan to maximize sales.
- Develop and maintain network of business associates and clients
- Negotiate with potential clients and coordinate the company effort in supporting the negotiations to gain the competitive edge.
- Develop market research methods and indicators, and source market intelligence to identify prospects.
- Establish methods to determine profitability of winning each identified project to assist in the total forward planning of the group.
- Participate in the preparation of group financial plans to ensure they are feasible in marketing terms, and projected sales value
- Monitor actual sales against business plan, and take corrective action on major deviations where necessary.
- Conduct regular follow ups on client with outstanding payment for the services provided
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager.
Bachelorโs in Civil Engineering, marketing or related field or in a discipline to the service being sold
3-5 years of experience in Material testing Laboratory environment (Fugro, SGS etc) within Qatar/ GCC.
Prior sales and customer service experience is valuable.
