Job Role –

As a Mold Designer for sanitaryware products, you will be responsible for designing and developing highprecision molds used in the manufacturing of sanitaryware items such as toilets, sinks, and bidets. This
role requires a deep understanding of the product design process, material properties, and the specific
requirements of sanitaryware production. You will collaborate closely production teams to create molds
that ensure the highest standards of quality, durability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have
strong CAD skills, experience with CNC machining, and a solid background in mold design for ceramic or
similar materials. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing production processes and contributing to
the successful launch of new products.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold design, preferably for ceramic or
sanitaryware products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and experience with computer numerically
controlled (CNC) machining.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mold manufacturing processes, material properties, and
design principles specific to sanitaryware products.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design
and production issues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in design and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with
cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Professional certifications in mold design or related fields.
• Additional Skills: Experience with simulation software and advanced mold design techniques
